1. Custom Products
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos
- Email: lookiprint@gmail.com
We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Custom design errors approved by customer
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
